I'm in the middle of hacking more basic codes, like: Have All Items, Have All Songs, Unlock Double Defense Hearts, Unlock Double Magic etc.

isn't very good at all. Items are missing and it gives you 2 Megaton Hammers, so I am trying to fix it.

Sorry to bump an old post, but i had made this code already (maybe not the one you linked) which gave you all items, also infinite all items. i stopped using fort because i found someone started taking my ARformat codes, and when they realised the address difference between AR/GATEWAY they then took all my codes and took credit (especially Majoras Mask, which i made AR codes, then when GATEWAY came out i did better improved code).

I came across your codes and had also found a code i am working on which was located near your always raining code (if it was you that did that)

Fort42 is pretty much abandoned now that NTR lets you use cheats and it comes with a custom plugin.
I know exactly who you are talking about in regards to who took your AR Majora's Mask codes and converted them to Gateway.

Anyway, that dynamic mod looks pretty good so far.

I meant no harm with the all items code btw, sometimes i word things wrong.

I had originally made that code in AR format, then again when actual cheat code support came out, there were a few other games i found got stolen, when i posted on one site within a day or so its posted on fort under someone else's name, i then deliberately set values incorrectly to prove my point.

Hi Dybbles,

I know your signature says you don't take requests but I am wondering if I can pick your brain or if you can help.

I am trying to make Infinite Ammo for RE MERCS 3D, I know for this I need to find the pointer address, but for the life of me I cant seem to find it so it works for all levels/characters.

I find the code for a level then change level and find the code again and compare the two dumps but I get no results, but if I find the code for one level, restart it and find it again then compare the dumps I get results - but it only works for that level/character.

I then left Infinite Ammo for now and decided to do Infinite Health. I found Infinite Health last night by finding the code for a level, changed the level, found it again and compared the dumps - code works for all levels/characters.

So I've no idea why the same rule wont work when it comes to finding Infinite Ammo.

Wondering if you had any tips (I've tried increasing the offset but it never shows any results unless its two dumps for same level).

Once I've found Infinite Ammo there are only a few other codes I need to find to then have all the important codes made.

I've done so far:
Infinite Health
Freeze Timer (L+R+Up = Freeze Timer / L+R+Down Set Timer To 0)
Loads of Enemies Routed (Press L+R+X) - need to fix this so its set to 999999 (but some reason hex values on this one doesn't show dec value as it should)
Max Score
Max Combo
Unlock All Missions
Unlock All Characters
Unlock All Costumes
Unlock All Weapons

It seems pretty odd to me that it would only work in one level for one character.

Depending on how may levels there are in the game and how many characters there are in the game, I'm assuming that there is so much going with the Ammo Routine in the game, that they used several pointers in the game to make sure the ammo works correctly for all characters in all levels.

I'd really love to download the game and help you, but my micro SD card is physically stuck inside of my Gateway Cart and absolutely will not come out no matter what. I have tried everything to get it out, aside from breaking the thing.

Yea ive sat today at work during my lunch and done my first dump using a completely different level/character - but have found all slots this time rather than weapon1/slot 1.

I will keep the same character and try a different level, find all the slots and make another dump for all slots, and the same with another character (same weapons).

So i have dump 1 to compare with dump 2, if that doesnt bring anything ill try dump 1 with dump 3.

Problem i have is previously it give me no results, the GATEWAY ram tool is blank (even if i increase offset) and the TEMPAR shows results but none are marked green which are highly likely to crash a game if its used.

Ive had a few cards break, the sd slot on mine tends to not click the sd card into place.

Thing is the other codes dont use pointers, it only seems to be health/ammo that does and ive never really done pointers before.

Majoras Mask is kinda the same for the ones i did (the control time, fastforward/rewind/set day number was me) none of the codes i made needed pointers.

It was the only way I could get it out. The spring was so fucked up, I had to physically break the flash cart.
Oh and as for the micro sd card, it's so fucked up that Windows can't even format it anymore and it gets too hot to touch after 5 seconds of putting in in my PC.
