Unadded codes and missing notes for some

I thanks to @lee4 for responding for adding most of @mezmorize's codes http://gamehacking.org/vb/threads/45...0009#post70009 was waiting since long time for their adding.

Now, I want to ask @lee4 for adding some of @BeyondTheStatic's codes for SMB2 in this thread http://gamehacking.org/vb/threads/58...-Code-Requests. In post #11 - all codes that are for PRG1 version of game only are isn't added at all yet. Also, you can check all codes inside for PRG0 or PRG1 version only and move them in subcategory, so people can understand what version of BeyondTheStatic's codes are for PRG0 only and what are for PRG1 only.

In old database, all the extra notes for codes said above was available, but in new database, they disappeared for some reason.

The codes in following my report post never got added at all - I've asked for they here http://gamehacking.org/vb/threads/54...4844#post64844, but for them I got no response.

you need specfiy which codes are not entered the database.

please post the actual codes and post#?? because I'm not sure, what is what.
