We've all made good points and gave our 2 cents. So if there's no objection, I'm going to close the this thread so it doesn't carry on and on.

I object (of course) to clarify a few things. I'm not arguing against scolding Rune; I'm arguing that the reason you're behaving this way is because you just wanted some meaningless argument with Rune and not because of Ugetab. You are the reason this thread got derailed in the first place since you started something you just couldn't finish. After being asked to scan your degree(s), you walked away with your tail between your legs. Of course you're not obligated to prove yourself to anyone, but if you couldn't take the heat, you should have left that kitchen early.

I visited GSC after olala's post to see how the website is coming along... and I read that Rune's fiance had left him. She got tired of his double-talk. So she ran off with another man. Now, Rune has fallen into a deep depression.. he's been sick for weeks. In-between his dates with his right-hand and shock therapy sessions, he has been trying unsuccessfully to get GSC's database and forum back. Ya see, Rune desperately needed to get in touch with this guy Dave so Dave could transfer the domain and database to him.... but Rune has failed to reach him... kind of like how he's failed his fiance. But Dave refuses to reply to Rune's desperate e-mails, pleas, and advances. Even Rune's offers of sexual favors have fell on deaf ears with Dave. Ya see, Dave has always held all the power over at GSC and Rune needs him to send a working, complete copy of the database. But Dave, like Rune's fiance, wants nothing to do with a sniveling little weasel like him. So Dave continues to ignore Rune's requests... both the database requests and the sexual requests. The outlook of GSC does not look bright... nor does Rune's future.

In conclusion...

Your reasoning for behaving this way wasn't because of Rune stealing codes, but rather because of Ugetab's death (which I think is utter bullshit since his death has not been referenced anywhere in this thread until now). I never got the chance to speak to Ugetab (unfortunately), but I've seen some of his work and he was quite the hacker. I would never use his death to strengthen an argument that I started so that people can look past my faulty post and side with me as if I was the "good guy" for arguing with Rune, though.

I'm a moderator of a subforum 'The Lounge' that specifies "gaming unrelated to hacking". A subforum that does not require any hacking knowledge. That is one of the reasons why I accepted the offer. And that is why I respectfully passed on an offer awhile back by LB to moderate some other subforum.

If there's anyone that should be holding a grudge, it should be his mother and the staff during that time since they were his friends.
