If someone on CMP admin staff has a recent backup of CMP and wants to mirror it on our server, I'm quite willing to grant them an account. However, I'd want either GM0, UCF, or both to give it their approval before GH officially endorses it. Until then, it will simply be an emergency/backup mirror.

Checking up, it looks like the domain expires in a little over a week. I think the site is about to officially go defunct.

Think someone could get a copy of the site? We'd gladly host it as an archive, at least. I'm sure there's useful information on the CMP forums that isn't mirrored. Of course, we'd still provide free hosting if CMP wants to continue operating the site, as well.

If not, there's always archive.org to grab as much of the site's content as possible...

I spoke with UCF-Codemaster on Facebook, and he said he's not going to let CMP die. Accordingly, it's back up this morning

That being said, it might not be a bad idea for someone to make a capture of the content now that it's back online...
