It's been like that for a couple of days now. There's nothing we can do about it without access to the web host. Until UCF shows up, or somebody at the hosting service notices, it's staying down.
k I did get ahold of UCF hes sent word to the host ..
btw it was only the forum u can access the main page but anything that uses the Database was Broken
working n some other things hope all goes well
Yeah, the problem is that the vBulletin database now holds pretty much all the content, or at least factors into it. Being able to see the splash page, and get to a few other things if you know the URL isn't much.
Yeah it was up yesterday, and now is all Datenbankfehler again. We really need to move the site to a better host and update vbulletin to more recent build and one that is default English.
It was up for a day. You guys are just asking too much out of a sense of first-through-third world entitlement.
We probably won't get new software any time soon. UCF tries to do everything on his own dime. He wouldn't take donations from the staff for the vBulletin license a few years back, and then we found out he was using a pirated version when Jelsoft had the site shut down for a week or two. He bought a license after that, but upgrades are done annually at best.
At this point, the handover option really needs to be readdressed with UCF. The site is already struggling to stay relevant with the dwindling community of game hackers and cheaters in this generation. It can't continue to be down 4-7 days for every 1 it's up, and still be of any manner of use.
