i have a laptop but i only use the real sega genesis to get my codes

That's like having all of the tools to build a house, but preferring just your hammer. You can learn and create so much more by using an emulator to hack, and then play the games with your hardware.

But to each his own. Do what you like.

Come on man give hacking on the PC a try, Tony has some excellent guides to help beginners hack GG codes.

Sure man just get Gens Tracer from the downloads section here on the site as well as the Gens Hacking Edition to hack PAR code to help make GG codes. Then take a look at Tony's guides to help you get started: http://www.angelfire.com/games2/codehut/Sega.htm just scroll all the way down.

How are you trying to put them in? There's a guide that explains how to do it.

Heh, the old one uses the old (dead) database. We're moving forward with the new database, thus the old database cannot be added to anymore.

Could you be more specific about what you hate about the new one, so we can improve it?

well i can not stand the new one the old way was better it was so easy to add codes in there if im being to selfish im sorry
