Yes, you should be able to. However, depending on your location and the seller's location, it may take a few days (of course). Ah. Personally, I hate ordering from Japan because it takes awhile (approximately 2-3 weeks) to get to my location.
Tip: Never order from Japan or anywhere outside of your country during holidays. I won't forget that one time I ordered an AceKard (Flash Cart) from Japan during Christmas time and my order got lost or something. If I hadn't contacted them (after waiting for 5-6 months), I don't think I would have gotten my Flash Cart. In fact, they sounded as if they've completely forgotten about it. Luckily, this wasn't on eBay, but rather another site.
