Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

Unless you just like collecting, maybe you should look into getting a Flash Cart.
I have one, and it's great, but I truthfully haven't played with it long enough to get my money's worth yet.

Just for the record, it works in clone systems like the one I have, the RetroN3.

I thought about getting a Retron 3 (its cheaper than buying all 3 systems), but I've heard the controllers are crummy & I don't know if the Game Genie would work on it or not. One of the reviews that someone posted on Amazon said that the controllers are of the same quality of a remote control & not like an Xbox 360 or PS3 controller. I have a Retrogen (similar to the Sega Nomad) & the Game Genie will not work on it. It does the same thing that it normally does when you try to use it on a Model 2 or 3 Genesis. I don't own a home computer so getting games on a flash cart is not an option. Owning the cartridges brings back memories of wasted hours sitting in front of the TV.

I have been collecting them & the bad part is I'm starting run out of room of where to put them. To make matters worse, there are numerous games I haven't even played yet. I'm the same way with my combined 280+ Xbox & Xbox 360 games. Since I got back into playing the Genesis, I haven't played the Xbox for almost two months now.

Too many classics to name. All Mods/Admins would get tired after just reading half the list lol. Shining Force series, Sonic games, Columns, Altered Beast, Streets of Rage series, Street Fighter series, Phantasy Star, Phantasy Star II, Phantasy Star III Generations of Doom, Earthworm Jim, and many other classics.
