X-box don't seem so bad if you gt it modded. That allows you to emulate some odler games on iti. If you do that amy you wont need to buy any games for it. You can just use your x-box as a SNES/NES/Genesis hybrid.

Xbox has some very good emulators, if only you can find them. But if you do mod your xbox, make sure to keep it offline when playing xbox games... Microsoft might decide to nuke it's HD...

xbox is probably the 2nd easiest system to mod, because you dont even need a mod chip, just a way to access the memory card from the computer (i.e. action replay) and you can put a linux install file that will boot up with splinter cell, mech assault or one of the bond games. then it will install a new dashboard allowing all those great emulators to be run.

but you can get all the xbox emulators if you know where to get em (#xbins on efnet will give you a temp password/username for an ftp that has EVERYTHING) and the best thing about softmodding the xbox is its a snap to revert back to the normal dash to play online)

the easiest system was the dreamcast, as you didnt even need a chip, because the copy protection was on the disk, not the system.

even the ps2 has aa easy way to cheat the system to play backups and play homebrew code without a chip. you just have to (again) access the memory card and put a couple files on it, then boot up any psx game. because of a design flaw (?) you can run anything from the mem card when it tries to run the psx game.

Second easiest? Hell, even installing a hard mod in an xbox is easy...

You do realize that the action replay for xbox is merely an xbox memory card and an xbox memory card to usb cable that just wires it directly...

yes i know what the a.r. for the xbox is, i believe i have bitched about it before here that you cant even use codes with it just "power saves" but i was just pointing out that it is easy to mod without even opening the case.

Well... on that one topic and several others, yes I am aware and know XBox is and can with 'help' emulate alot of things. Basic, XBox IS Bill Gates and Bill Gates IS Microsoft and that being is basicaly any and all windows based PC system in the world, and as we all know, can download any game for PC, legal or not and have it work fine and get any and all 'triners' (cheat code effects for it) well almost....

My issue is well weather it can or cannot do SNES games or whatever really, we know it can, but still, hell, no cheats on the games, what is the real point really? Again that is my issue and I believe is and well should be everyone's issues with wanting codes and such for certain games. I can download Super Ghouls N' Ghosts and sit there for days and months 'trianing' my hands and eyes all over again to jump exactly right and all else to beat the game, or I can have codes to get past it all in a breeze, so what shall I do? Let's see, I am not 11 years old anymore, with all the free time in the world, where a week end off of school, and Christmas Vacation and thus Sumer Vacation away from school seems like 8 years to me. Now I am near 30 years old, have to work for a living and my home and all else, just no time to sit there and play and 'practice' anymore. Plus I know we all feel it, it seems like as we grow older, hell a day goes by so fast.

So all in all, yes I am aware an XBox IS a PC more or less, can download 'anything' almost, but again, no cheat codes, not 'TRUE' cheat device... it just is not worth it at all. I still consider an XBox a waste of some $300.00 simply because as said, in a few months hell can pick one up for like $60.00 and even other times, hell it will go like any Genesis system, any PSX system, hell any NES system today, someday, if they last that long, can find a XBox system for something like $8.00

I also agree with RPGod...yeah hell fire, pissed me off so much, an AR for XBox is such a piece of crap. I mean seriously, it really is a slap in the face, hell a nice power save there of a game you can download with the player on score 9999999999999 (you know something it would take us non can cheat on XBox people and players some million years to get, yet that power save has the name of 'nick' all over it. Now excuse me on this, but well hell fuck nick of code junkies up his asshole, because I will be damned if I will EVER take any one else's name on any high score of my games, anywhere. I mean scores sometimes are mostly like still something people should go for, like a gold medal in Olympics or such... I mena it is video games, something we all love, and to see something like 'nick' have a high score of a zillion gold medals and it takes all of us playing ability to get just one, well fuck that shit, that is complete bull shit, Code Junkies SHOULD sale that cheat mess they have to create these high scores and unlock everything, because well, sorry I am just that way on high scores, fuck seeing 'nicks' name, fuck seeing fng and codeboy and anyother shit head of that company really, downloading a power save is more so with this stupid AR thing more glory to THEM, not glory to yourself. so blahh on that piece of shit.

Also those saves of the naked hehe Beach Vollyball girls, screw that crap as well, because you can download the mess, but be damned if the shit works, nice picture, but it is shit also. I mean save sharing GOOD ammong us that enjoy it, but from 'those fools' please give me a break you shit heads (shit heads meaning CJ's not no one here so)

Oh yeah, dreamcast... It's too bad I've had 3 of them die on me, now that I could actually get games for it... Xbox is deffinately a computer, but not a very good one... The only reason it can emulate things so well, is there's no windows in the way of things...

oh yeah amy i forgot to mention, you can actually use cheats on the xbox, and it doesnt even involve buying any "cheat devices". once you have a new dashboard installed (ie evo-x) you can save trainers to your hard drive, and then you can cheat to your hearts content.

Interesting, and Neat will have to look into that when I can heh Or well when all things get more within reason, I am not about to 'pay' Billy Gates more money when he claims he never sees a dime of 'any' XBox profit. I mean pay as far as getting XBox online and such.

hmmm well, Dreamcast goes online for free...well not free, but as long as you have an ISP all is well. But with XBox you gotta 'BUY' Bill Gate's ISP support then he will tell Time Magazine he sees nothing of that money, geez man like Billy really needs more money, you know anyway. :P But hell, maybe he does, heck, the name Bill or Billy, or even William... sounds like a 'red neck' name and maybe he was after all, everyone knows he ripped off windows from his one time partner and ran away with it.

Then again hmmmm those names sound rather 'evil' more then redneck types. (sorry redneack a BIG thing here in the southern states and such) as is I have an asshole 'uncle' named 'Bill' also (son's name Billy, an other asshole and all that such) real anme 'william' of corse, but in anycase IS the richest son of a bitch around here in the whole state. Yet with a redneck name, is a classic asshole rich bug, you know no family 'love' nor family help outs nothing like that, and thinks poor people and all people less fortunate (which is all around here anyway) should be swept away out of his state.
