GSHI (which has recently been renamed GameHacking.org, but is still the same site), was created in July, 1999.

IIRC, I hacked my first codes sometime around 1998 or 1999.

Yeah, we don't intend to implement any account expiration scheme, although we've managed to keep useless accounts to a minimum by auto-deleting all new users with 0 posts after 7 days (meaning, if you ever make 1 post, you're fine forever).
