Since I do a lot of codes and that takes a lot of work for the site's mods in adding them (My latest ones from november are still not added) I'd be happy to add my own codes. Just tell me how please.

I just went to http://gamehacking.org/?page=settings to do what you suggested.Originally posted by rimsky82 View PostYou need to add codes to the new site, since it's a separate table from the old one. So any added to the old one since the beta launch will be lost.
First, you'll want to adjust your site settings so you can see every game. On the new site, go to the arrow in the top right corner, and click on site settings. Adjust the Game Filter options to include every type of game, and games with currently 0 codes.
To add your codes, simply find the page for your game through the normal navigation, as if you were searching for codes. In the box to the right of the codes, you should see "Add" with two buttons beneath it, Category and Code. Just press the Code button, fill in the details, and press submit. The page should refresh with your code. Since you are in the hacker group, you will automatically be credited for the codes you add.
Be sure to follow the guidelines in the post that helder quoted earlier in this thread. For the actual code data, make sure that the format is correct according to the console. I'm going to put a table of formats directly on the code entry page that pops up for examples.
You can edit your codes after they've been submitted by pressing the "E" button next to the code title/hacker name. "X" deletes the code.
That should get you started. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
Since the first time I went to the page all of the languages were unchecked.
I checked every single one and made the other changes and clicked on the save button.
Everything saved successfully except the language options, I keep trying to check them, but when I return to the page they are once again unchecked.
Because of this, when I go to the beta code page and click on Genesis, and then the letter A (or any) the page comes up blank, like there are no games to list.
Edit:
OK, I feel stupid now.
I guess filter means do not show.
Because I had all regions checked, it was not showing them.
Since the check boxes at the bottom of the pages were for Including, I mistakenly thought that applied to all the check boxes on the page.Last edited by Mezmorize; 01-17-2013, 10:57:05 PM.

In addition, people within the hackers group should now have an "Added" button below their posts. When you add your codes to the database, please make sure to press the "Added" button on your post to let others know that you have already added them. This feature was added earlier this evening.Last edited by Abystus; 01-20-2013, 04:07:42 AM.
