Need HELP WITH SDME,Reinserting 3D MODELS(dont load the Meshes)

I used This:

1.ORIGINAL NINTENDO NITRO SYSTEM SDK(all plugins included,and Programms,)
2. 2.g3dcvtr.exe (I renamed it in 3,to make easier Commands in the CMD)
3.SDME(Spikeys DS MAP EDITOR)v1.8
4.Virtual XP Mode when u Have win7 for Running Old Programms Like Autodesk max 6
5.And a Original Pokemon Platin US Rom from ur Cartride US




SO .. I write it .. (3st time ,other's forum .. no one helped me so i hope here..)

but not important i just hope ANYONE can help me *sigh*

so
1. I have a Problem with Reinserting a 3D model ,i export it ,import in Google Sketch up ,and than Import 3ds Max and than i Export it with the Nintendo Nitro System for a nsbmd

so I make maps and more yeah no Problems , but when i wanna reinserting a 3D model

Ohhh sry my Mistake with noob xD

U need this

5.And a Original Pokemon Platin US Rom from ur Cartride(U have a Physical Copy right?xD)



So first u dont have this .exe(nsmbd.exe i dont know this exe= xD)

U need this g3dcvtr.exe (its a Programmm using the CMD for make te IMD FILES to nsmbd /textures etc

U must have the Original Nitro System SDK
1.Than u Export the Original 3D modell Data nsbmd.File as a OBJ FILE from SDME
2.Now u Have the Original 3D nsbmd Dataas a OBJ(and the ORIGINAL MESHES) from the Game ,Than u need the Google Sketch up 8 and for this the OBJ Importer Plugin ,And than u must make The File exactly Like in this video for The Real Size (here i gave u a Link) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOu3_PZVkeA <---and than u Export this File to a 3.ds File , so U have The File with(original Data and Sizing,because i dont know really but maybe when u import in Sketch up they seize changes so u must Reedit the Size like the Video ,just make this Plate and than make your Map ion it and scale it exactly ,and than delede the Plate,so u just have the Map)
SO now u have a 3.ds File now u Open it in "3DS MAXM6" and than Import the 3.ds File, so now Just click OK,and than NO,
So now u Must have the Original Nintendo Nitro System Plugins, so u just click on it and than Export as a idm File

Now u must have the g3dcvtr.exe

,and u Should make a Folder on your Desktop and Put the File "imd" in it(or u export it exactly in this directory)
Desktop/C/g3dcvtr.exe

so now u Open ur CMD.exe

and u Give on it

CD DESKTOP
CD C
CD g3dcvtr.exe (thenameofimd.imd) and than Make -eboth (for Tex and Mesh Merged Modell)
-etex (just for the Mesh)
-emdl (Just for the Modell,u must Rename ur first NSMBD FILE eboth,)

and Than Just go on the Map u wanna Reinserting 3D Modell Data Import,and take the NSMBD FILE(EMDL),and tilset ur Load the NSBTX file from ur Modell,

and Than Should working nice,Its The Original Data,and Original Nitro System,but i DONT know anymore, The Map is ok,but the other areas like this http://www.fotos-hochladen.net/view/...370fgxs1ai.jpg
