gpSP kai 3.4 trouble

Hi, I've been having a frustrating time with gpSP kai. For whatever reason as soon as I get to the main menu of the emulator, all controls (analog and buttons, including home) become entirely unresponsive. I know it hasnt frozen as the time and battery icon are still active. This has been working just fine for me since I got it a few months ago and has this all started suddenly. I had version 3.2 but in an attempt to fix it, updated it to 3.4 but everything is still unresponsive. I'd really appreciate any help that can be given! If you need more information I'd be happy to oblige.

see at control settin,or maybe youre usin macro,and this macro can screw kai config
can you provide snapshot of your prob?
or just wait,im sure lee or rockman will be jumpin into this prob soon

Kinda new to all this...dunno how to make a snapshot . Though I'm not sure how much help it would be, its literally just as soon as the emulator loads, I'm unable to do anything, even press home to get back to the main menu. Have to do a hard restart just to get out

Many times check your settings or delete them including the folder and emulator if need be and reinstall. Most times its a configuration that is causing interference or maybe Memory card might be corrupting but that somewhat slim.

I tried deleting the entire emulator folder and reinstalling it, not even copying the roms/saves into it and its still unresponsive

Thinks you need to tell evrybody what your psp model is,also are you usin oficial/custom soft:3
Note=restart your device into default set will helpin bit,or maybe deletin all unecesarry plug:3

im using custom software and its a 1001 psp. Also tried resetting the settings to default, still didnt fix it

I had issues once with some iso game and pops the problenm was the settings in the recovery menu. Hold R on startup to enter the menu and look at the options. What changes did you make before you had issues?

Honestly, I don't remember. I recently got a psx rom that I was configuring the psp to play. If you want I can do a snap shot of my configuration in the recovery menu (if you can tell me how to do that) or just type it out if that would help

Yae take few snap on plugins settin or the kai look's,usin prxshot or easy way you can take snap with cellphone or handycam would be help

As I mention it I dunt noticed any issue like this,even on delevoper bug logs,so i sugest you report this prob at the kai blog is

if you have any seplugins enable make sure they are not conflicting with gpSP emulator

Ok sorry for the really late response but its been solved. My analog stick was broken, hence why I wanted to play on kai since you don't need to use it. After my replacement came in the mail and I replaced it, kai was working again. Not sure why that would cause kai to be unresponsive to everything else but hey, its fixed.

Lol why dunt said that beforehund:PSo it was about hware prob:PYae the analog/other button may conflic with games control set:P,that's like when one of directy pad get keep pressed,so the other button not function:P,this case just may screw non psp games,like emu or app,another solution is always shutdown the analog button when playin pops or other emu ruined games:3,usin emu settin pad or maybe set it usin macro control:3Otherwise glad to hear you prob already solveddood
