I am using GHTool and I have this PAR code for the Genesis game Warrior of Rome: FF11A2:04

When I hit Encrypt, it says "Address out of Range". What am I doing wrong?

PAR (RAM) != GG (ROM). That said, learn ASM.

What does this code do in the game?

You can't directly convert a ram code to rom, you generally use them to find the rom address and make a GG code with that rom address.
