How i can find master code in raw in emulator ePcsx2 ?

You don't need to run a game to find a master code. Just open the game's elf file with PS2Dis, download labelmates from either this site or www.codemasters-project.net, press CTRL + I to import labels and wait for it to finish, press CTRL + G and type without quotes "scesifsendcmd", go to the 1 "jal" in that function, replace the first 0 with 9, don't change the value, and done.

Where i can find elf file in game ?

The elf file is on the game disk. It's that thing that looks like:
SLUS, SCUS, SLES, SCES, SLPS, SLPC.
After that should be 5 numbers. They are on every single game disk. There is no mistaking them for other things.
