Last night, I was messing around with my SNES Game Genie & managed to figure out the Hex & numerical value of each digit. I was looking at codes for Saturday Night Slam Masters & was just checking out the maximum amount of seconds you can stay out of the ring for. Based on the effect meter as mentioned in the code book, "D" would be equal to "0" & "E" would be equal to "15" (in numerical numbers) However, in Hex "D" is equal to "0" & "E" is equal to "F". That helped me to crack a code that I was trying to figure out when I first had the game back in the mid-90's. I'll post it once I get the codes written in my book.
My question is: Is there any type of hex or numerical value with the NES Game Genie? What really helped me with cracking the SNES value digits is the effect meter. The only thing that I've seen in some of the guides are two tables with the effect of each digit has in those tables. Is there an extremely (nauseatingly) detailed guide on the NES? For example: Is "A" supposed to be equal to "0" ("0" in Hex) & "N" supposed to be equal to "15" ("F" in Hex) in numerical value?
