  • how to convert unencrypted to ar max for ps2

ok, I'm trying to convert a code for jak 2 (the inf double jump code) by bungholio. I tried placing it in the input field of omniconvert in unencrypted and the output set to ar max, sadly, I have no idea on how to find the game id and every time I click the convert button, the top line of the code changes. when I enter it in ar max, it says that the code is for the wrong game. so I'm guessing , I need to find the Game id for jak 2, but I don't know how, can anyone help me out by explaining how to find this game id.

    NTSC ID: 04A1
    PAL ID: 04A2
The top line will change every time you encrypt it's partly random it's just the identifier Action Replay uses for every code.
If you ever need the game id for another game just find a code off www.codejunkies.com and decrypt it into raw it'll then reveal the game id, if there's no codes for the particular game you want make up a game id that isn't already used by another game.

thx kh2k4, the code was accepted, but now it just isn't doing anything. if anyone has action replay max and jak 2, can someone try it out and tell me what you did to fix it?

Does AR Max have any official Jak 2 codes? If it does, type the enable code in omniconvert and convert it from AR Max to Unencrypted to get the game ID. Then convert the infinite double jumps from unencrypted to AR Max.

I got the id, but the cheats still don't work. neither do codes converted from gameshark , do I have to do something about the master code or does it make little difference?
