Texture hacks for FFIX ?

Is there a site where i can find texture codes for FFIX specifically to change the color of the weapons used in battle, like changing Steiners Excalibur II to Red instead of blue? or changing Vivi's Mace of Zeus to silver instead of gold, or possibly making Zidanes Ultima weapon see-through. just some ideas. if possible maybe even changing Amarant's hair to green, or Garnets clothes to blue...

actually any texture codes would be pretty cool.
