How to create codes for the DS?

I do not have an emulator yet i have a Action Replay, Codebreaker and a Gameshark DS cable. How do i create codes for my DS game with this configuration?
Is there another program that utilizes the Gameshark DS cable other than the Gamesave program?

Cant stand the 32 bit and above gaming.
Gamers for the return of 2d sprite filled games!

I couldn't link directly but, go to codejunkies.com and look up trainer toolkit (it just came out)

I have not tried it yet but I am ordering one very soon.
