Can anyone help a noob get some GBA codes working on an EZ Flash Omega?

I have used this page https://wiki.bibanon.org/EZ_Flash/Cheats in order to get single-line codes working for Altered Beast - Guardians of the Realms and for Doom as well, with success, by editing the .cht files in Notepad. However, I can't make sense out of the multi-line codes for Super Gunstar Heroes. I'd really like to get both of the Infinite Health codes working, but a more clear explanation of the process of translating the codes found here into .cht files for the EZ Flash Omega would be a miracle!
