GBAATM support ASM codes ?

Can i add ASM codes using GBAATM tool into GBA rom ?
Or is there any other way ?

I tested the codes using VBA-M work fine, but i want to play it on PS2.
And i add the codes using GBAATM and i tested the ROM using ReGBA/TempGBA (PS2) but codes not work. Could you help me ?
