Need help with Pokémon Emerald event codes

Hello, there. I am currently using OpenEmu version 2.0.5. Using the following codes, I've been trying to enable the event that takes me to Southern Island in Pokémon Emerald. The code to get the Eon Ticket from the Mart works fine, but the code that enables the event does not work at all. I've also attempted to use a warp code to get to Southern Island, but that has not worked at all, either. Am I doing something wrong? Am I using the wrong code? Here are the codes I've been using. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

Have you tried using the Mystery Gift Editor to make it so you received the Eon ticket legitimately? Could be that an event flag is not triggered but I'm kinda new to hacking so this is just conjecture lol. Here's a link to more information I believe can help you better. Sometimes a code will simply just not be enough.
