Just got started here and I'm looking for help with codes for Pokemon on the GBA!

I'm a big fan of pokemon and love playing the games but I've been playing for awhile and I'm ready to start using this gameshark I just purchased. So I bought what I believe to be is the gameshark v1 for the GBA and GBA SP. I also have all the third Gen pokemon games for GBA as well. So I was looking through the database on pokemon leaf green cheats, and they looked a little funny. Maybe they were for an emulator for an android or something. I've been trying to get codes to work all day on this gameshark using google and I ended up here with great hopes.

I'm really just looking for someone who could lead me in the right direction with where to get started so I could learn to do this on my own. If anyone with experience in this matter could lend me some aid It would be highly appreciated.

Seeking help with Hacking GBA pokemon 3rd Gen games! Which code where?!

So i see like 10 different master codes for leaf green but the only problem is I cant tell exactly which one is the right one for my gameshark. I'm using the old see through v1 with the cable port on the side and the switch on the top.

Which codes do I use for pokemon leaf green when theres 4-10 codes just for the master code?! Which codes interfere with the other? Where might I find more in depth information about these codes that are there. Any help is highly appreciated I'm still scrolling through all the codes and I just can't tell which codes will work.

Got the same problem as you, but I think I "accidentally" created a Master Code for Pokemon Emerald with AR Crypt that is reckognized by the old GSAv1/ARv2. If I DID created that master code... I should start making cheats, but I do not know how... :/

Which cheating device do you have? AR12 (has shark logo), AR34 (has AR logo) or CB/GSSP? Because I have codes for all 3 devices plus a few that I created for AR12.

I like to play online mostly. Though have a collection of PS3, PS4 and 3DS with me. Family collection, we all are true gamer at home. My brother had Acheter Pokemon Soleil and some other Pokemon GBA (game boy advance). We both like to play RPG which we mostly play on the weekends. Can you tell which device are you using.
