Need Help in PCSX2 & Cheat Engine hacking...

Hello,

I would like to ask, which both PCSX2 & Cheat Engine versions are good since I'm planning to learn and hack codes by myself. I've never done this before but I wanna give it a try so someday I can contribute too. Therefore I have a few questions and need guidance to start from here...

1. How to get (M), ENABLE CODE? Use other programs to do so?
2. Range of the codes must be 20000000 to 22000000?
3. Let's say I'm wanna get codes for Invincibility, is it I let the character being in that state, freeze the game & let the Cheat Engine scan?

For now, I think that's it for the questions. Any one with advice or can help is a really big help for me. Thanks a bunch. Hope to learn more from you guys.

If you've never made codes before, then it's going to be really hard to learn starting with advanced stuff such as PS2 games.

To get an invincibility code, the usual and easy way is to get hit, and while your character is blinking/transparent, you start the search. Then go back to the game for less than a second or so, and continue the search (usually "less than" is what you should be searching for), go back to the game for less than a second and continue the "Less Than" search again. Continue doing that until you have just a few results.

You'll be able to tell it's the correct address/code because when you're invincible, the value will act as a timer counting down. If you see several addresses with values counting down, then add them all and freeze their values one by one until you find the one you want.

I know it's gonna be very hard since I have no basic at all in this matter...

For the invincibility code, I got thought of what you said. However, in the game I wanna hack, it's an item to be used to get the invincible state. So, in short, once I used the item and the character is in Invincible state for around 30 seconds, that's where I need to find, right? I mean the address.

And, I know that Cheat Engine is quite easy to use (I think) as it scans for the value once the game is freeze for the scanning-code. Lastly, I still need someone to answer my 1st & 2nd questions, which is importantly, HOW to get the Enable Code. Without the Enable Code, all other codes are well... no use?

LOL.. thanks for the reply. =) Btw, do you use Cheat Engine? Because I dunno what value should I put when it comes to the First Scan...

PS: The game I wanna hack is PS2 Zombie Zone [PAL]. Thing is, there's not a single code for this game. And I'm already in desperate mode for it as it's impossible to defeat the final stage in Violent (extreme) difficulty mode plus other issue. That's why I need guidance on how to start with things, namely how to get Enable Code first =)

UPDATE: I did try & try to scan but somehow, I still couldn't figure out what value to put in. My character was in Invincible state and yet when I scanned using CE 6.4, many addresses came out. LOL... so confusing... HELP! I need a headstart guidance!

You need a good understanding of how ps2 hacking works before you can jump in and tackle a code.

What game are you trying to make a health code for? Requesting one will probably be way quicker than learning how to hack.

Thing is I'm learning to make Invincible, Power Up, & Speed Up by using items. Infinite Health is also in the list. I've already requested for the codes but no one seems to bother at all. And FYI, this game has '0' and I mean ZERO codes. PS2 Zombie Zone (PAL). I have no other options but to resort in learning how to hack, else waiting for the codes might not come at all. Am trying PS2dis as I'm typing now. LOL...

Ignore the code above, I posted the wrong one. Try this one and let me know if it works. I have been doing this for a while. I suggest following the tutorials. This isn't something you learn over night but you could have a good grasp after a week or so.

Thanks... I mean what programs do u use? Multiple combined together? Thing is... I really got interested to hack codes of my own too. And I need to know how since there's a sequel of this game, and again ZERO codes for it. However, I'm thankful and grateful that you help me in this. Perhaps you'll be my teacher in this matter. =P

PS: Today is my Day 1 in learning to hack... & following tutorials, yes, it's good but can lead to even confusing state. Am testing your latest codes...

WOW... thanks... The code you gave works really great! The last code I want for this game is to have all 10 QUESTS Completed. Especially the Quest - GENOCIDE. If you no mind, I hope you can screenshot & teach me how u get the INF Health & No enemies can hit you, by using what programs and stuff. Also, if possible, PLEASE help me with the Zombie Hunters 1 aka Zombie Zone: The Other Side [PAL] with the following codes like you did before...
