how I can find codes in NES and SNES ?

1- Mega Jump
2- No random
3-Walks Through Wall
4- One hit kill

Most of the codes you've listed were covered in the EnHacklopedia and usually require knowledge of ASM to make a functioning code. You can tediously get by without ASM, but for S/NES, the cheat devices are so inflexible that you're basically forced to pursue ASM.
