Going Ballistic over Test Menus

well i've been driving my self nuts looking for the test menus in Ballistic
I'm very new to ps1 emulation hacking finally got an emulator to work on my laptop
i truthfully know very little ASM. the Mips display on nopsx looks like greek to me so any help would be great
