NES Walk Anywhere Codes For RPG Games

Hey there.
I was just wondering if anyone knows how to make GameGenie codes for RPG games? In particular I'm looking at Niji no Silkroad. I do not know any NES programming so I do not know if that's required to find codes like these. Thanks!
