its work on any version of Final Fantasy 2 including Final Fantasy 4 japanese version and Easy Type.

I just tried both DFE5-A1AE+8FEB-A00E and DFE5-A1AE+8FEB-A00E+87E6-A1AE on Final Fantasy II (USA) (Rev 1) in Higan 094 and they did not work.

The code does work in Higan v092 & v093 but failed in v094.

Right, but only on the first battle of any character that isn't already level 99. I'm sure I tested that once they are level 99, the message no longer comes up.

There should be a way to suppress the message with a code.

I used this code: EF30-076E

This will make the game hang when doing the "victory dance" at the end of a battle, but if you just turn the GG off and back on it will be fine. This also sometimes gives you extra items at the end of a battle (usually 8 of them). I've also noticed that it will swap the item in the top left of your item list for another item (seems random), so keep that item slot empty when using this code.

I can confirm that the first code for 131,000 EXP works with a Super Everdrive as well (major thanks!). I'm only about an hour in, so I haven't tried the 3rd line. I wanted to post because most of the codes out there seem to cause after-battle crashes.
