Unknown Stuart Little 2 Cheat ps1

i just bought this game and i decided to do some digging around i was able to locate some button codes nicely sread out in the memory in reverse joker values (they look normal in a memory editor) i was able to determine that all but 1 was found and i still dunno what it does

still can't figure it out
secondly i noticed two cheats which are incorrectly posted on sites the corrected ones are

99 lives
DOWN UP SQUARE CIRCLE R2 R2 L1 L1

i also saw signs of a debug menu which i have no experience getting to work

I've got that same game & haven't started messing with it yet.

I noticed text in the memory editor of MK Trilogy (Greatest Hits) that also makes mention of a debug menu. Like you I'd have no way of figuring out how to access it.
