The value keep changin/quickly returns to default command

Example problem in static
If the value is 0
Then whatever I tried to lock them,it will be always return to 0

I am requesting some odd-ball codes for Boardgame Top Shop. The codes are listed by most needed to least needed.

1. Pencil roll stops on X. ( X = 1 thru 8 & E.)
2. Pencil rolling speed is always slow.
3. Each player can access their 'Points Menu' at the push of a button(s).
4. Load game or soft reset to title screen (button press).
5. The mini-map is controlled by L3 button press.
6. Everybody can be the same character.
7. Change your direction of travel at the start of your turn.
8. Month modifier
9. Year modifier
