    code request: Power stone 2

    character modifier for players 1-4
    I would think the values start out as for the original Power stone with Falcon being a value of 0 or 1 (I forget which, I changed values on the p1 is valgas code for the first Powerstone and this)
    Not sure why this code was not created for the second Power stone.
