Years ago I submitted my enable 13 secret charecters code and my "player 2 controlls the Edgemaster mode enemies" code. My enable 13 secret players code was shortened by codemaster and given joint credit. The other code was never posted. The original version of the code (a bit longer) will not upset the original order of the other charecters. Also you have to have all other charecters unlocked to have it work without any glitches.

I can see how it can be shortened, but as you said, there may be side effects. But at least with gamesharks you only need to enter the codes once. Cause these things save. Not like them old game genies.
