    Applies in Story mode, where you create your fighter.
    AT (attack) Points set to 9 (Read note/description at the end [1])

    Set the number of K.O.'s you done.
    7E1976 05 (Auomatically win the round. It will only show the 5th red block of the K.O. blocks when used. See end notes [2])

    The Final Boss Fight:
    Health code for player 1
    7E15CD F5 (00-F5, 00 gives no health, 1-hit will kill you. Any other value gives infinite health, F5 will make it full health)

    Health code for Boss
    7E039A 00 (range: 00-F5; same effect as player 1; 00 gives no health, 1-hit will kill him)

    General Match Codes:

    7E194A 00 (changes minutes to 0; note this makes time infinite.)

    Seconds
    7E194C 34 (changes seconds to 52; range: 00-3B; note this makes time infinite.)

    End Notes:
    [1] Notes: the range to set is from 00 to 09 (I'll have to test 0A, which is 10, max). When you use this code, you only need this one. Turn it on, when you get to the screen to set your skill points to each skill, you'll see that AT has 9 bars. Simply press left to take them back (the 9 bars will stay, but the skill points will be added to your skill points as if taking them back). Just place those skill points to the other skills, e.g. ST, BK, etc.; if you use up your skill points, just go back to AT and take back some more skill points, so you can finishing maxing out the other skills. To Max out AT, just turn off the code, but make sure you have enough skill points to add to it.

    [2] Note: range: 00-05; using 05 sets it to 5 K.O.'s; you automatically win the round, but you just need to get a K.O., get K.O.'d or walk off the mat. In some parts of the game (when not in match) you may have to turn this off to prevent freezing.
