  • The Fifth Element Code Requests.

umm sorta taking a stab in the dark here, as it seems the game The Fifth Element is awfuly rare, but anyway I still wish to request and need a few codes, please.

#1 a code that makes secrets found always 100% on all levels.
#2 a code that makes all items collected also 100% on all levels.
#3 Time is 00:00:00 (basic zero time)

Plus...well anything more that may be 'interesting' if anyone has the time and knows of anything neat, Thank You Kindly, and please if anyone ahs this game or can hack codes with however other wys codes are hacked. (I mean as in roms or such, that sometimes happens)

ummmm.... I guess no one has this game? It was a hard game to find and get even for me (when I went looking for it a while back) Okay, so if no one has it, can someone maybe help me, tell me how to very well go about getting those codes made? (I have GSPro) so a code generator is nothing I do not have, but I am not well in knowing really how to make codes going by all the unknown value searches.... :?

But if that is what it takes, I guess I will have to try? Unless is there any other way to get these codes? Like you all download roms of games and hack codes for them and such, righ? I mean just wondering, as I do think that is how codes are made orwere amde at one time, with roms and such....

Damn, I miss having my PSX/GSPro around...although, I'd still have to go find the Fifth Element.

I think I'm just going to release the Final PSX Hacking FAQ, since it's now been three years sometime this month since we started it, and [SOMEONE] hasn't finished a section in two years...heheh. But, seriously. Eh, I'll make one more attempt at releasing it properly, then just add it as it is.

Hmm...what kind of connection are working with? If you have a fast enough connection, I could walk you through making an ISO of your game, and you could probaby find someone with a modded PSX and GSPro willing to hack for you...hell, I'll even try to emulate it for you, if you can get an ISO uploaded somewhere...if you have the connection for it, let me know and I'll see if Wat can spare about 700MB of webspace for a day or so.

And hey...I miss you in chat. Drop by sometime.
      I may be lazy, but I can...zzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ...

        Hmm... Someone... That's pretty... vauge...

It's too bad I don't have a membership at a local video rental place... If I did, I'd go over there, rent the game, and copy it...

ahhh ratz! umm well saying hat because... I am not sure my connection can handle much of anything.... ops:  I have the threated dail up, and blahhhh it even goes slow for dail up all the time now it seems. So as for uploading anything.... it would take awhile... gahhhh like a week or more, and then always gotta watch as my connection starts to fizzle out each day at 8 am and 4 pm (The typical time it seems ALOT of people jump online and congest the servers, so I undertsand it.) :x   ops:

Maybe there is soemthing I maybe could do with dail up? Awhile back before my PC blow up, Ron was seeking to get a CastleVania SOTN 'data map' err or something from me being I have the game, and he is seeking something from it. Not sure what that is, not seen him in a too long of time, if I knew, maybe that would be something, or another....

Otherwise...blahhhh and I guess I should and shall make my PLEAD to LMZ to go get himself a membership at that video rental store. (I mean if it is not one of thsoe places that wants your whole soul before they give you a membership)

As for chat, I try to get around there abit, I not seen anyone in there, but now that I know someone shwos up ever so often, I shall stop by more often.

              The Fifth Element Code Requests.

I'm not sure I'll ever be able to just rent the game, I'm going to try though...

I'll try to explain what I'd attempt to hack those codes...

              For 1 & 2:
This only will work if you know where at least one secret/item is... Pretty much, I'd start a level (or whatever they're called), start an unknown value search. Then I'd find/get a secret/item, and do a different to last search, followed immediately after by an equal to last. And then I'd restart the level, by dying or whatever means needed to reset the secrets/items found, then when they're reset, do a different to last search, followed again by an equal to last. So, pretty much:
1- Start the game, start a search.
2- Find an item/secret, do a different to last search.
3- Do an equal to last search.
4- Restart the level, so the secrets/items found are reset.
5- Do another different to last search, followed by an equal to last.
6- repeat 2 through 5 until there's a fairly low number of results, or nothing. And if it's nothing, switch to the next area in the search.
And, once there are some results, I'd turn on a few (or all) of them, find more things, and see if the number found is still the same as it was before turning on the results.

              For 3:
Get to where the time starts being counted. Start an unknown value search. Wait a few seconds in the game, do a greater than last search. And repeat the waiting/greater than last search until it's under 10 results, or none... The time will probably be either one or two lines, and the lower address is likely to go up by at least 1, at least once a second. Though it might go up more more often.
As for testing, I'd try some of the results until the time stopped changing, and that'll either be the right code, or just the one that changes the graphics...

I'm not saying what I would do will work, but it's just what I'd try first...

I'll give it the old college try. I shall post my results once I get to it.

Okay...well, I came up with nothing at all, I tried, but I was not able to find anything out of 'unknown value' search.... all that techy stuff I do not understand, please to excuse me for this, but now hell, I have to be an ass and re-request the codes again and hope someone who knows hacking inside and out can and shall kindly get to them sometime.

Well, that does happen even to the best hackers. It might just be so mind numbingly stupid that it's harder to hack than something really complex. One of the best examples of that is the room modifier for MGS. Took years for anybody to figure out it was just a text modifier...

:? Well...ummm is there anyway well any resonible way I can sue the game disc itself to 'burn' a map or soemthing and send it to anyone here who may beable to look at it and locate and hack those codes?

Like burn the rom off of it and save it somewhere? The only issues in that is well my dail up, but otherwise, seems I should be able to pretty much with the 'right' reader programs' burn anything. I recently got a DVD writer/re-writer, so I am guessing if I can 'copy' DVD movies now I can copy pretty much anything? I mean as in get the 'info' off and send it to you or anyone else, either by rom files of some type uploaded to sites? or even if is better and best I could always create a DVD/CD and send the copied 'game' and whatever to you or anyone else as well.

I know I am saying abit 'too much' and well said more then I should ahve alreayd so not wishing to get into trouble, but if this would benefit these codes, or anyone in anything else, just contact me via PM on all this 'stuff'. I know Ron wants and wanted a 'CD Map' opf a game I have, and I hope he comes around and IS aorund, as far as now, as for any use of all this and that and of a DVD burner and re burner if can help in anyway on anything please do let me know, and yes of corse am seeking these codes just also offer help of anyway if anyone wishes anything I may can do with this.

                          The Fifth Element Code Requests.

With dialup, or slow broadband, dealing with something the size of an entire psx game isn't something you'll want to do. Making it into something that can be used is easy, but moving it around would probably require somewhere between 1 and 4 days of being constantly connected and not doing anything else durring that time period. It'd probably be much faster to use a physical transfer, such as mail than dialup... But, I do not have a mailing address... So maybe somebody else...
