Long time ago I downloaded Dragon Ball:Final Bout for PAL version,but I can'tplay it because is "PAL".Could somebody create a PAL 2 NTSC code for this game?

The only method I've ever seen that worked was using GSCC, but unless you've got a playstation model 100?-750?, a GS Pro, and a 25pin male to female cable... That's just not going to work.

There are some programs that supposedly can make the code here:

But in my experience they do not work. Might've been the game though... The most likely ones I think are "PALPAR Code Generator" and "Zapper 2000".

There are anothers games that have codes like this.

Example:

Parasyte Eve 2 PAL and Castlevania Chronicles PAL.

Why you cant create a code like this game?
