Final Set.
Just for completeness sake, here's the final set of SNES games with potentially undiscovered debug stuff.

Oh yea, forgot one thing.
The beta version of Brutal: Paws of Fury seems to have debug features.
Compared to the final version it was just dummied out.
Was gonna attempt to add back in the features but couldn't even access it in the beta version.
