Hi
In the 1980s the Texas Instruments TMS1000 was used a lot for games, microwaves, calculators, train controllers etc.
Have any of you been able to get the ram off the chip easily. Say pop the chip in an emulator of some sort and download the code etc.
I am interested in the train controller chip, as used by Hornby of England called the Zero One. I want to upgrade the chip and make minor changes.
It is possible to do I believe, but I cannot find anyone who has done it. Please check with your own contacts to see if you can help.
Thankyou
Charles Harris
