I don't have the RAR file anymore, but luckily I still had the ISO file laying around!

I sent you a PM with the download link for it. Note that the software will require the actual GameShark PC-to-GBC link cable (the MadCatz PC Camera Link Cable doesn't work, sadly), along with an actual GBC GameShark (and either a GBC or GBA) to really be of any use.

As an aside: wow, it's been just over exactly four years since I last posted in this thread. XD In that time, I found a way to reflash my GBC GameShark: I bought a Pokémon Crystal Edition GameShark that worked, and followed the instructions on this page after painstakingly copying each code I made that I'd wanted to keep by transferring them one at a time from the not-quite-working-anymore GameShark to the new properly-working one, via my GBCs' infrared ports.

Just in case anyone was wanting to know.

