(PSX) Tales of Destiny II code porting

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could port this codes for the JAP version of this game to NTSC. I tried doing them myself, subtracting B740 from the address and it didn't work. I also tried subtracting B610 and it didn't either. =( The problem seems to be with the second address of both codes.
