IKARI WARRIORS - Invincibility

IKARI WARRIORS II: VICTORY ROAD - Invincibility including from falling objects.

IKARI III: THE RESCUE - Invincibility
- Infinite bullets

P.O.W. - Invincibility
- Shorter "always keep weapons" code (Damn Galoob!)

HEAVY BARREL - Invincibilty with visibility (Damn Galoob again!)
- Infinite keys
- Always keep Heavy Barrel weapon when acquired w/ infinite power.
