Damin, I got your PM. I just tried Paperboy 2 and from what I can tell, it doesn't need a master code. I added a random GG code, reset the emulator, and it started just fine.
I noticed in the video that you added a couple codes. Maybe those codes are causing problems. Did you try only using one of the GG codes from here? http://gamehacking.org/?s=v2&sys=8&gid=7965
EDIT: Also, what happens when you use the GG, but don't enter any codes?
Check your PM. I just sent you a couple of GG codes to try on Golden Axe 2. Remember... those codes are completely untested, with no guarantee. Either the game will freeze when you go past the last duel, or you will get to play new (possibly glitched) duels. Let me know if anything good happens (then I'll post them on the site).
Damin, there are just way too many possible codes, and I have no way of knowing if they'll work or not without having you test each one. Here are a few codes for you to try. Try them one at a time.
6JAA-AGAG
This one stands the best chance of working.
RZYT-A6TT
If this one works, the game might be slightly glitchy.
Z2AA-BLTG
This one might work, but the game may be very glitchy.
Glad it worked. This was definitely NOT a checksum issue (typical type of master code). The cartridge ran some kind of check, and it could tell something was different (ie. Game Genie attached). The code that worked the best (the first one) just tells the game to start from a different address (it normally starts at ROM address $000200).
