    i dont know why, but i will never stop playing this system.
    the new tetris...so good. there is probably another newer version out, but i am uninterested in it.

    007...party classic. we STILL have 007 tournaments. even if it just another excuse to party.

    perfect dark...best console first person shooter (short of halo I, and red faction II of course)

    all the mario games are fun...mario party, mario kart, mario world...at least an hour of fun a piece.

    n64 will never die...in my heart. even if no one hacks it anymore.
    the devil had an advocate,
    <br />now this advocate has a devil.

    Heh, oddly enough, I just started hacking N64...even if I don't have an N64 hacking device, any N64 games, or even an N64 at all...emulation 0wnz

    If you have any requests, lemme know, and I'll try to squeeze them into my free time; I enjoy hacking N64, though it's a little slower using TSearch...whatever.

    And yeah, 007 is great party/hangout fun...
    I may be lazy, but I can...zzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ...

      This is a useful code generator plugin (credits goes to parasyte) and it works well with PJ64 1.5/1.6 and 1964. Put the plugin in the plugin directory and create also a .txt file and type this in:

      [Main]
      GfxPlugin="SET HERE IN THE PLUGIN DIRECTORY"
      ramsize=8388608
      searchsize=0
      win_x=259
      win_y=160
      cfg_x=147
      cfg_y=309
      for an example: "C:\Programs\Project64 v1.5\Plugin\Jabo_Direct3D6.dll"

      Then save it and rename the .txt file to PCS.ini . Load the emu and chose Option > Settings and chose the PCS v0.02 ["Name depends on chosen plugin"] as a video plugin.

      Run the Game and chose Options > Configure Graphics Plugin to start the code generator.

      Have fun.^^

        It seems like a pretty impressive tool, but how would I start a search (i.e. make a memory dump)? If I click Reset Search, PJ64 crashes...

          Set it at 8MB. But keep in mind the Code Generator would not work on all Games.

            That isn't there anymore, someone post it up again, cause I could perhaps jump into N64 hacking too.

                Will that ignore games that use the Expansion Pack ?? Like Perfect Dark for example. If not then I'd suggest sticking to hacking using T-Seach or some other memory searching program.

                  I'm not having much luck with the program. It keeps giving me the message.

                  Failed to load Plugin:
                  C:/Programfiles/Project64/Plugin/PCS.dll

                  I think having a in emulator cheat searcher would be cool so hopefully I can get this working. I have the plugin in the plugin folder, and also text document, with this:

                  [Main]
                  GfxPlugin=C:\Programs\Project64 v1.5\Plugin\RSP.dll
                  ramsize=8388608
                  searchsize=0
                  win_x=259
                  win_y=160
                  cfg_x=147
                  cfg_y=3

                  So, what am I doing wrong?

                    Well.. from my guess.. .. it seems...

                    Failed to load Plugin:
                    C:/Programfiles/Project64/Plugin/PCS.dll

                    [Main]
                    GfxPlugin=C:\Programs\Project64 v1.5\Plugin\RSP.dll
                    That could be the problem.

                      I got it to work, that was easy, but it can't search, all of the buttons except Reset Search, and Configure are all greyed out. It just... sits there. Kind of a useless plugin IMHO.

                      I'm using PJ64 1.6/PJ64K 0.13

                      [Main]
                      GfxPlugin="C:\emu\pj64\Plugin\Jabo_Direct3D8.dll"
                      ramsize=8388608
                      searchsize=0
                      win_x=259
                      win_y=160
                      cfg_x=147
                      cfg_y=309

                      Clicking Reset Search just crashes the emulator.

                      I neglected to mention it in my last post (which neglected to log me in.. wtf??), in the INI you need to use the plugin directory of your emulator, as you see from my ini.. mine is in C:\emu\pj64\Plugin, it's not case sensitive. I just used the Jabo_Direct3D8.dll video plugin as a test, I normally use Rice's video plugin 6.1.1 beta. Oh, the quotations aren't needed either.

                        Just as i said. The plugin will not work on all games. Some games like Zelda Ocarina of Time should be set on 8 MB in the "Memory Size" option under "Edit Game Settings".

                        By the way, i used the Jabo's Direct3D6 1.5.2 Plugin.
