Yep, ArtMoney's the only way to cheat at Sega CD games currently.

Actually, mess can also be used. I know because I've used it. It's a little harder to write asm codes since the segacd uses it's own processor plus the genny's processor, and it deals with a lot of bankswitching. But ram cheating works easily.
