guys what cheat device are you using?
i noticed alot of weird coding for this game but heres what i think is happening the slots are getting screwed up i'll show you the codes this way and tell me if they work
there are 5 character slots they should be organized like this

i'm using PSX emulation cheater which can use any cheats on EPSXe 1.8.0, i'm using a image file made from my disc since i don't have a ps1 just tried those codes and they sadly dont work :c

I just fixed the codes on the site and they should be the same as Hybrid's (those are in battle codes by the way), and I tested it on your exact image V1.1 so if the codes on the site don't work for you its your cheat program, since they work for me in the emulator I used to check the addresses and also in Artmoney.

tried that, only one code worked with it and that was slot 3 current HP/max HP, also PEC works for other games that i have. I dont know why its having difficulty on FFIV

Did you try used all 5 slots codes, all ON at same time from post#7 ?
