  • Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

Just wodnering and 'looking' for the digits to any and all techs and elements and 'attacks' or otherwise on the game chrono Cross for yes the PSX and ofcorse the GSPro.

I 'thought' GSCentrual, and GSCCC.com 'had' the full list but now they only have and show 'character' techs, but they do not, not real sure if they did have the full list now or not, but I thought it was and is somewhere.

I 'know' there are a few digits here on the code for Serge to have all the 'Omega' techs, so got those numbers/digits, just well, I must be crazy, because I did think somewhere someone had that whole list listed somewhere around the net. Just cannot find it now....

I used to have one. I think there's around 300 possible digits that work, even though quite a few are enemy techniques. If it really comes down to it, I'll just make a new list.

Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

I knew I saw it somewhere, I would love it, but gosh making the list all over again, specialy a list with some 300 'digits' makes me feel quite bad to ask for it.

Thing I am working on is well, to make charatcers of Chrono Cross 'really' special. Like yes indeed give them enemy techs and elements. (that is 'if' that element/tech is good for them, 'works' without crashing and is something 'good to powerful' yet not all out of place on the grid.)

Out of place which means, well I like techs and elements to be in the 'right' spot, not none of that CC mess where you can have 'plus 1' or minus 1 or plus 7 and minus 7 all that mess like that, like when on a charatcers grid when it says 'Ferral Cats' I like it to be 'that' level it is menat to be and none of that plus of minus mess. (never sure why Square made that mess like that anyway) In theory it is good, but otherwise, does not look 'neat'.

Also into 'seeing' and testing if those enemy techs and specials is and would work, as with CC, some charatcer special techs are 'screwy' I tested this alot with all techs at GSCCC that are listed, and you 'can' exchange some characters special techs and others, you cannot.

Menaing well, you can give 'anyone' Luminaire for some odd reason, yeah they have polygon break up when doing it, but they still do it. Flying Arrow can go to 'anyone' also, again they break apart bad but still. The Dash & Slash and all those 'few' types Glenn, Serge, and Lynx has if you give to a 'none' sword/staff/swallow charatcer such as someone with a 'glove' and it does not work too good and mostly crashes. Others are also weird.

Ferral Cats (My ALMOST favorite black element, you can indeed give to anyone. However Forever Zero the BEST Black Element other then summons, pisses me off because on 'anyone' other then Lynx and it crashes the game. I know not somehting that can be fixxed and again not sure 'really' why some techs and elements work with all and some do not and again others work with only certain charatcers, but still is a 'thing' I have been working on for a good while myself, making charatcers 'the best'

The Omegas seems 'all' can use also, and now seeking any other 'most powerful' techs and elements used by enemies. Again somethings sound ALOT better then they are in the game. Have seen at GameFaqs alot of techs that seem great, Slash All, 'sounds' like it is great, but is it really? and would it work for charatcers? (That tech called 'just 4 kicks' sounds nice, but that name is too great for such a wussy tech really') So am kinda in this again seeking to make characters as best and yes as 'uniquie' really as they can be. (And yes I know I cannot spell)

hmmmm.... well I just was 'messing' with the Omega techs, and kind of a shame to say, they have no attributes it shows, none at all their levels ar 0 +/- 0 Single foe. First of all, thought they were 'better' then that, thought they hit 'all foes' and otherwise, the ranking of 'zero' is not too great because now where ever you place them on the element grid, they will always have a plus, being it is zero, put it in level one, and it is a plus one.

Not sure if this is fixxible, I mean a way to make with code Omegas a 'certain grade'. But 0 is kinda good yet also not, it gives major damage, but still otherwise.... :?

Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

Okay well posting again, heh just to say what I have found, I have started a small bit messing with the digits after the Omega techs, and found some 'breaths' 1E0 to 0E5 is Omegas and beyone, I am getting 'breaths' and soem enat all party strenthens and such. (frighten, weaken and mess like that)

So far came across ONE odd 'breath' FireBreath which is a 'Green' 'Air'' element...odd, and it is a mess, it 'kills' whomever you cast it on (starts casting it on your party members) yet they do not 'die' they fall over like dead, yet can still act and do techs and such, just after each party member anamation they return and fall over again, kinda 'funny' will try casting this on an foe next.... if is an instant death thing cool. I got as far as casting it on the caster, the character I had and was messing with these techs testing them, it was Serge, and well, the game frooze when it killed him---woops.

Otherwise the other 'breaths' were kinda 'cool' btu blahhh not at all powerful really, in the 2 liner area, took off about 607 each when against a color innate that it should and would work on (white against black and such) (The Omegas take off 1600's) So breaths looked neat, but not all that 'ultimate' really.

Still am if I get to them myself, or if you can find and post that list LMZ (not pushing heh just would be easier kinda. ) Am seeking 'most powerful' types of techs and elements...something that is cast on all foes and takes off like alot.

Again the 'breaths' were Okay and the Omegas were good, but those only target 'one' foe always, I do wodner sense soemtimes in this game some things are repeated, like Lynx's and Sege's techs if there is Omegas and such that targets 'all'?

As is seems 'summons' are the most powerful things, but again just seekign again the more powerful techs and such otherwise.

You know soemthing that once you do it on the game, and your friends are watching they say DAMN that shit would kill everyone. :P

Also other then that, just think all here about techs and such, I do wonder IF there is a black and white screen effect element/tech? I mean like those blue fields and red fields mess, that makes summons 'easy' to do, so I do wodner if there is indeed one for the black and white innate as well, normaly there is not, but wonder if it is hidden in a boss or such?

Also other then that, I know those codes to make field effects 'any color' you wish, but otherwise, wonder if there is a code type that could enable any and all summons otherwise.... :? I mean how hard would it be to 'break' that programmign of need all field effects same color with a code to disable it if possible?

Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

I'm sure it's possible to do some editing on the techniques, but of course doing so would require figuring out where the important info is stored. I never thought of that until recently, so I'm not sure how difficult doing so would be.

Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

Yes, I can understand that, as is, so far in my testing of digits, it seems most 'all' techs and elements not normaly used by a character you control is indeed always 0 = 0 tech.

Other then all that really, 'editing' the tech 'local' in power and limits as that 0 =0 and 1+/- 4 and mess like that, never sure til we try (I guess?) if editing these techs would make them 'savible' or once you do and set up the grids and such and save and restart if all the 'techs' not normaly used will go back to the 0 = 0 thing.

Seems to would take some work, I am soryr for that, really I am, but this is well, rather interesting, as is, yes the whole tech thing in CC for charatcers has been done, but to take it deeper and maybe pull off some really nice attacks and such would make the game alot better, specialy the charatcers.

                01FF............cool as hell

Amy have you tried 01FF!!!!!!! It's the death anim of the final boss. The only catch is that you can't cast it on serge or the char who is doing the casting. It blacks out the screen after some cool effects and turns off the music, to make the char and enemies visible again just cast max defence 0095 immediately after.
you'll then notice that the character you cast it on is lying dead but is still alive!! Very Funny!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone have a FULL Chrono Cross tech/element list?

That one is and was very interesting, and funny also. heh know of anymore? Well found some 'silly' scary ones' like that firebreath and that one you said, but those do 'scare' me, as is, the CC game disc is not 'really' that well made, it tends to ruin PSX's from reading it if you do something 'unlucky' really. So be careful....

Kinda still am seeking that lost or otherwise, some 'great attacks' that do not mess the game or characters up in funny ways. To make some great 'attacks' and yet it looks like they 'belong' is somehting great on this game, again Ferral Cats is great, but am as always seeking more greater attacks.

Well, not really needed but heck, heh am askign again anyway, and also, as fara s I am 'checking' a few numbers, gosh missed alot, I mean 'really' going through all digits is pretty darn time killing, 8 at a time, and otherwise...woooo.

But until the list is done. :P Weather I get to it, or LMZ finds his, and I am about a million digits from done, I found 'so far' anyway that any and 'all' special enemy techs, it seems are ALL 0 +- 0 techs. So that may 'help' in what you said above LMZ...so far they all those 'special' techs now I mean of enemies you cannot dopplegang (well you can but it does not do much, doppleganag like a charatcer not meant to be and you can 'only attack' but those techs like the Omegas and the dragon's breath and other 'ultimate' techs it seems are ALL 0 +- 0.

I guess that meant that 'enemies' well those types anyway did not have to 'get stamina' up to do a tech like your charatcers do. after all, they could always do it at 0 and you start off at that.

So made me think that, and otherwise as always heh sorry but seeking thsi great mess soon.

                      015D and 155

015D is an instant kill element with no graphical effect ,doing up to 30,000 hp damage. 0155 just blacks out the background turns off the music and makes the enemy "stand still".

Got any more neat ones there, itoikenza. You seem to know some great ones and I am indeed looking some really nice attacks and such to play with here. (err if and when you come aorund and hope that is soon) Just am not too fond of really the ones that tend to 'kill' your characters or maybe freeze the game and something that may mess it up, but got any other cool neat ones, please?

ehhh yes I know (I am talking here to the forum, it keeps telling me the last reply was posted OVER 130 days ago, so do I really want to reply or start a whole new topic...blahh heh)

Anyway, any more news or such on this list or such, please? Anyone, I would know this list is a big thing to do, seems gamefaqs would have it but they do not....

Anyway as is always still, looking for neat powerful 'nasty' elements and attacks to swipe from enemies and such to be used on charatcers. Something good like targets 'all' enemies, and otherwise also must know their colors please, I love to make my charatcers a rainbow hehe---anyway again if this can be helped, again I would think someone would have had it listed at gamefaqs with all the other Chrono 'world' stuff in the world, but never seen alot of these cool neat attacks unless the enemy does them.

Neat, would really love that if it is possible the disc is nice enough to load up and all.

Just as I am over charatcers, being with 'codes' of corse you are able to use any tech/element over and over I so do wish to make and create my charatcers well truely 'kick ass' special

Like a charatcer with nothing BUT black elements, an evil SOB hehe and I mean without 'repeats' so that would indeed yes mean taking enemy elements....

Plus as is like the 'Omega Techs' some of those boss and enemy techs are truely great.

So again if possible, I am truely so very much interested in this list. A Great game, one of the best made well even better even.
