Here ya go...PAR codes for SNES Gradius III

Start with, and retain powerups for...
Speedup
7E00B001
Missiles
7E00B002
Double
7E00B003
Lasers
7E00B004
Options
7E00B005
Shield
7E00B006 Note: you can only use one of these codes at a time. To acquire each power, activate each code in turn & press "A" until power is maxed out. "Speedup" will continue to cycle until it reaches minimum speed again, if you keep pressing "A". Picking up powerups during game play does not affect the powerup code you have on.

Codes don't work..the C926-0DAF code won't let me shoot my gun

I tried it on ZSNES and my Retro Duo,

I'm doing the Up, Up, Down, Down, L, R, L, R, B, A to have Full Power Up & when I die, I want to keep it

Yes, I could use the C2A9-0DDD "Infinite Konami Code Us" But I want a code you put in & and keep the Power Up's when I die

After looking into it again the Only thing I can do is make it load a specific weapon on every life unless I make a custom routine but that would never fit into the GG.
