Thanks. I have another that lets you start with the Thunder Break, Homing, and Field Guard. I submitted it to the GSCCC but they never posted it, in fact the only codes they've ever posted of mine were ones I submitted for Blaster Master and Spyro 3.

I'll have to go look up the code on my gameshark, I don't have it written down.

Start with T, H, & F :
800F83A2 0070

Do not use Thunder, Homing or Field Guard when fighting the first boss, it'll make him invincible (This is probally because your not supposed to get these until after the 1st boss). Also if you use this code Field Guard will start with 1 grid, instead of 2.

Infinite Hover :
800F83AA 0010

Do not use during Boss battles or the game will freeze.

I'm trying to hack a Joker Command, but I haven't had any success yet.
