How do I use these "Shrine Monsters Modifier" codes I want to use them but how do they work?.

These codes are from Sharkie.

800EAFF0 00??

Sub Type

800EAFF2 00??


Does anyone know how these codes work because when I use them nothing happens I'm I doing something wrong?, I do put what type of monsters at the end of the code but nothing happens.
