Kid Niki NES and Gameboy versions requests for cheats

These two versions have really given me a hard time (which I like), but I'd like to finish the GB version as it's given me fits, the NES version I did beat but would like to see some codes for it for the hell of it. Great old school Irem game that isn't quite as tough as Irem games early on, but later stages can give you fits.

The NES version has a lot of nice invincibility values.

Kid Niki (NES):
Debug Invincibility(Works on a new game only. This is certainly the Debug Invincibility. You're partially immune to pits(Jump left and land on a pit to die, if you're stuck in one), and totally immune to everything else):

I tried the code for invincibility and it doesn't work.

Works on a new game only.

It does work, turn on the code and reset the emulator.

But here's a code that you can turn on at any time, unfortunately it only makes you invincible while standing (can die if you get attacked while jumping):
