I found a very concise document on the meanings of the disassembly text. Even without it being a complete list, the simple descriptions make it possible to understand the families of instructions better, like 'Transfer'(T??), or 'Branch'(B??). It also allows someone to look up terms related to the instuctions, should they not understand them fully.

I'm also including a link to a Game Genie convertor. It can convert Game Genie codes for NES, SNES, Genesis, and Gameboy and can find instructions by name/number for NES, SNES, and Gameboy.
